  • To prevent fraud, we may verify payment details and personal information. If a user does not respond to verification requests, the order may be canceled within two days.
  • If we suspect fraudulent use of payment methods, we reserve the right to cancel the order immediately.
  • While we strive for accuracy in pricing, errors may occur. If an item is incorrectly priced, we may cancel the order or contact the customer for further instructions.

  • The arbitrator shall be an independent legal expert with experience in the relevant field.
  • The arbitration proceedings shall take place in Pakistan, and English shall be the language of proceedings.
  • The arbitrator’s decision will be final and enforceable in competent courts.
  • We reserve the right to seek legal remedies for intellectual property or confidential information violations.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
  • Users agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts and waive any objections based on venue.

TERMINATION

  • We reserve the right to terminate these Terms and Conditions or revoke any user rights without prior notice.
  • Upon termination, users must cease access and use of the Site immediately.
  • We are not liable to any user or third party for suspension or termination of access.
  • If dissatisfied with the Site, users’ sole remedy is to discontinue use.
