Full Refund Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return it within 7 days of receiving your package for a full refund, provided that the following conditions are met:

• The item must be in its original condition, unused, unworn, and unwashed.
• All tags and original packaging must be intact.
• You must provide the order ID for verification.
• The return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.

Exchange Policy

If you realize that you ordered the wrong article or want to exchange your product for any other reason, you can do so within 30 days of delivery, provided that the following conditions are met:

• The item must be in its original condition, unused, unworn, and unwashed.
• All tags and original packaging must be intact.
• The order ID must be attached.
• Hygiene standards must be maintained. Certain items will NOT be eligible for exchange due to the intimate nature of our products, including:
• Panties, babydolls, bodysuits, and lingerie sets that include panties.
• Silicone bras.
• All products under Accessories.

If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to send the product back to us at your own expense. Once we receive the returned item, we will dispatch your replacement as soon as possible. If the desired item is not available, we will issue a store credit coupon (after deducting courier charges), which can be used within three months for future purchases at ComfyBliss.pk.

Sale & Clearance Items

• No refunds or exchanges will be allowed on sale/clearance items or purchases made using discounted vouchers.

Shipping Policy

• Free shipping is applicable on all orders above Rs. 3,000.
